* Initial Health and Fitness Assesment.
* Health and Fitness Assessment conducted every 4-6 weeks to track progress.
* Based on the assessments, your Trainer will plan your sessions to acheive your particular goals and wants, and will be by your side every step of the way.
* Nutrition Advice. Your trainer will examine your current diet and give advice to give you the healthiest diet possible.
* A range of exercises, from Stretching and Flexibility through to Resistance and Cardio will get you to your goal safely and in the shortest time possible.
